Hand-painted Terra Cotta with platimum and hand-applied ceramic transfers.
It's over-the-top . . . of the table. It's simply Superfluous!
This, the first collection of artists Victoria & Richard MacKenzie-Childs as Victoria & Richard Emprise, would be opulent enough for Ops herself, the ancient Roman goddess of the Harvest, and her husband, Saturn, the god of all Agronomy.
The inspiration for this cornucopia collection was dug up from the deepest roots of European cuisine.
Pallet and patterns: paddy whacked with platinum, they commingle as a panoply of infinity structured in inspiration. These disparate elements blend like brothers on a neoteric time line.
Suave silhouettes: inspired by a fallen French Rococo charger found flirting within the caldron of culture . . . handmade of terra cotta clay in the Tuscany hills of Italy.
